Meet the Grandparents!

Matthew got to meet his grandparents and aunts when we went to visit North Carolina. Everyone (Granny J, Grandpa J, Cheryl, Jamie, Will, Grandma B, Grandpa B, Kimberly, Kristi, and Kari) didn't want to put him down the whole time!

Today was the last t-ball game. Ryan did great, and he even got a trophy!

Allie is teaching Matthew her favorite pass time...watching tv! Daddy must look pretty funny to Matthew, and he is laughing so hard he is drooling all over him!

Every stranger that sees Matthew seems to have the same comment these days... "Oh what a chunky baby! Look at those legs!"

Race #2

After a heavy downpour and some thunder (the first rain we have had since the day Matthew was born) and a delay of the race, Ryan still got first place! Will I ever get that red clay mud out of our clothes....

Ryan's Aquarium Field Trip

Ryan went on a field trip to the aquarium in Panacea (at the coast). He saw and touched all kinds of marine life! This aquarium is not like the one in Carolina Beach, it is all "touch tanks" and they collect local marine life from the Gulf to send to other large aquariums! Jim was a chaperone, and they both had a blast! Ryan even got brave and held a crab! Jim managed to get a picture of him with Alyssa, his girlfriend.

Belle likes to "pin" Rocky and take the raw hide bones out of his mouth, even though he is much bigger than her!

Matthew

Matthew is a little chatterbox! When he is lying in his bassinet (which he is about to grow out of!) he likes to "talk" to Tigger, Eyore, Piglet, and Pooh! He even sticks his hand out to touch them while he talks! He can now sit up with support, too. Also he is sleeping through the night almost every night now! Some nights he still wakes up once, but he is doing great! Which means mom is doing great too!
